Shipping
Orders are sent within Ukraine by Nova Poshta. Delivery is paid by the recipient. Refunds and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the date of dispatch of the order.
Payment
We work on a 100% prepaid basis. Payment is made using the details of the sole proprietor’s account in a Ukrainian bank.
Sizes
We offer sizes according to the size chart, you can choose the one that suits you or order an item according to individual measurements. We sew all items on request in 2-7 days (if you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will discuss this possibility).
Exchange and return
Refunds are made after receiving and inspecting the goods if the item is not damaged and has no signs of wear. Items sewn outside the size chart (according to individual parameters) cannot be returned – only an exchange is possible (if the item does not fit well / does not meet the agreed details, you can send it for alteration or revision).
